Lesley Peters graduated from Furman University with a B.A. in Business Administration and earned a Master's in Teaching from Oglethorpe University. After five years of teaching first grade, she moved into real estate, quickly succeeding by closing 23 transactions in her first year and being named Rookie of the Year at Keller Williams Realty Peachtree Road. She formed a team to maintain her service standards, becoming the cornerstone of The Peters Company, a top 1% national real estate team for eleven years.
Currently, Lesley leads, coaches, and trains 3,000 agents within the Georgia Legacy Group and Carolina Legacy Group, part of Keller Williams Realty. She is a member of Gary Keller’s Top Agent Mastermind Group, a Keller Williams University Approved Trainer, and a former MAPS coach. She balances her time between Atlanta, Coastal Georgia, and the Carolinas with her husband Andy, their two children, and two dogs.

Andy Peters is Operating Partner for the Georgia Legacy Group and Carolina Legacy Group made up of multiple Keller Williams Realty franchises: Keller Williams Alpharetta, Roswell, Peachtree Corners, Savannah, Greenville, Ft. Mill, and Columbia. Currently the Legacy Group includes 3,000 agents. Three out of four of the Georgia Legacy Group market centers are in the top 50 for profitability out of over 800 Keller Wiliams franchises across the country. In 2023, the KW North Atlanta franchise in Alpharetta Georgia ranked #1 in the world for profitability. Andy is also a national real estate trainer who specializes in team growth, marketing, and listings. He and Lesley, his wife and business partner, are a part of Keller Williams Realty co-founder Gary Keller’s Top Agent Mastermind Group, which is made up of the top Keller Williams agents from around the country.
 
With roots in South Georgia, born and raised in Macon, attending high school and starting out in the real estate industry in Atlanta, and now living in Savannah, Andy has lived, worked, and played in virtually every inch of Georgia. Andy graduated from Marist School in Atlanta and went on to graduate from Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina with a B.A. in Communication Studies. Out of college, he went to work with his family business, Aqua Koolers of Georgia, which eventually merged with Quench USA. Andy served as a sales representative, sales manager, and finally as Vice President of Sales over Georgia and Florida. Lesley’s success in real estate pulled Andy into the business in 2008 when they first formed their real estate team, The Peters Company. The Peters Company was in the top 1% nationally for over a decade.
 
Andy has a passion for helping Georgia’s charities preventing homelessness. He is also a lifelong Atlanta Braves fan, and in his spare time he collects guitars, rare bourbon, and sports cards. He and Lesley live outside of Savannah on the Georgia coast and travel back and forth regularly to Atlanta with their two adolescent children and two dogs.

In this episode I got the pleasure to talk to Matt Teter.  Matt was a Team Leader at Keller Williams Washington Township taking the brokerage from its launch with 68 agents to 417 agents before resigning to focus on MAPS Coaching and his wife’s real estate business. In 2015, Matt applied and was accepted as a MAPS Leadership Coach and began coaching Team Leaders and Assistant Team Leaders. In 2018, Matt was invited by former CEO of MAPS, Dianna Kokoszka, to become the first Director of Leadership Coaches. In 2020, Matt resigned as Director to focus on being a full time Executive Leadership Coach. In 2022, Matt partnered with Brian Martin to launch the first Team Leader 30-60-90 course and to date 144 market center leaders have taken the course. Matt has coached more than 400 leaders in the roles of Team Leader, Assistant Team Leader, Operating Principal, Regional Director, Director of Productivity, and Regional Owner. He is also the first MAPS Coach to partner with a Keller Williams Worldwide region to launch a MAPS organization outside of the US. Matt has also launched several title companies as joint venture partnerships with market centers with his business partner Steve Valleau. Matt resides today in Austin, Texas with his wife Regina and their two dogs Enzo and Miura. Matt is an avid runner and reader and he and Regina enjoy traveling when he is not focused on coaching Keller Williams Leaders.

Cecilia Hampton, the founder of Hampton International Realty has almost 20 years of experience in Real Estate. She has worked with developers, builders, and worldwide real estate franchise Century 21 in China. Now she is a real estate developer, and part of the world’s largest real estate agency Keller Williams. After Cecilia relocated to Dallas, TX, she has been helping hundreds of individual investors and institutional clients to invest in Residential, Land, and Commercial Real Estate. Hampton International Realty Group always has been the one of the Top 3 group in Keller Williams Allen market center, which has hundreds of agents. We have completed more than $500 Million in transactions since 2013. Cecilia has also been working on developments $ 200 Million or greator. Hampton International Realty Group focus on Commercial Real Estate including land sales, purchase, and development, along with Residential purchasing and sales.

Kandee started the national award-winning dance studio, Dance Impressions. For over 30 years, she has been building her students a strong foundation of discipline, dedication and hard work, while instilling a love for the art of dance. She began her training at a very young age, and immediately began performing her talents in a tap dancing company. Kandee progressed into classical ballet, studying at the Murray Ballet Center, Royal School of Ballet and Ballet West Academy. Through a host of amazing teachers and choreographers, she began honing a critical eye for detail and exploring creativity through dance composition. She has had the honor to showcase her work in the 2002 Emmy Award-Winning Winter Olympic Opening and Closing Ceremonies; the opening numbers for the 2002 Paralympic Games and Spotlight Dance Cup Nationals; as well as for the Murray Arts Council; and the Ms. Wheelchair Utah and Miss America Pageant In 2002, Kandee Allen co-founded Art with Heart, a benefit concert for Shriner’s Hospital, to which over $500,000 in proceeds have been donated to date.
